03 SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages through our SMS consent form, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, follow-ups on your inquiries, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.

04 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting and form handling (Netlify), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling, email, customer relationship management, and text-message delivery. They may access your information only to perform those services and are bound to protect it.
• Legal and professional requirements — when required by law, subpoena, regulation, or applicable professional standards, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FFG, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

05 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a payment, your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your full payment card number on our systems.

06 Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's used so we can improve it. We may use analytics tools that collect aggregated, de-identified usage data. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they're being sent; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to meet the legal, tax, and professional retention obligations that apply to our business. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
