Visiting this website, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a CPA–client, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Founders Finance Group. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement defining the scope, terms, and responsibilities of the work. Until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website.
03 Professional Licensure & Nature of Our Services
Founders Finance Group is led by Logan Thompson, who holds an individual license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida. That credential reflects Mr. Thompson's professional background and qualifications.
Founders Finance Group is a financial consulting and outsourced accounting practice. It is not a public accounting firm and does not hold itself out as one.
We provide: outsourced and fractional accounting, fractional CFO and strategic finance, and related advisory support. Our services may also include certain administrative, human resources, and recruiting support.
We do not provide: audits, reviews, compilations, or any other attest or assurance services. We also do not currently provide tax return preparation, tax filing, or representation before any taxing authority.
Because Founders Finance Group does not perform attest engagements and does not operate as a licensed or registered CPA firm, references to "CPA" on this website identify Mr. Thompson's individual credential only. They do not represent that the firm is licensed or registered as a public accounting firm in Florida or any other state. If our service offerings change in the future, this page will be updated.
