Step two

Sign & share

Print and sign, or drop it into your e-signature tool. Send a fully signed copy to the other party and keep one for your records.

Quick start

Download the template — hit Download the PDF and open it in any PDF reader.
Complete the cover page — fill in the Purpose, Effective Date, MNDA Term, Term of Confidentiality, and Governing Law / Jurisdiction.
Add both parties — name, title, organization, and legal notice address for Party 1 and Party 2.
Review the standard terms — page 2 is the full agreement. Need a change? Note it on the cover page, which controls over the standard terms.
Sign & exchange — print or e-sign, then send a signed copy to the other side.

Heads up on defaults: the Governing Law and Jurisdiction fields are pre-set to Florida as a starting point. Change them to the state that fits your situation before you sign.
